Youth Support Volunteers provide critical support to youth that are transitioning to independent living. You'll help youth aged 16-24 to build essential life skills, access the resources that they need in the community, and succeed in their educational pursuits. This role involves offering guidance, encouragement, and mentoring while supporting youth with their daily activities, studies, and personal development.
Assist REACH Food Education staff with the running of cooking classes (help with setup and teardown, assist cooking class participants as needed)
Help us to package condoms, Needle Exchange supplies, stamping pamphlets, and so much more! Twice a month (1st and 3rd Thursday) 5-8pm held at the APSS office.
Help load and sort customer donations, and ensure our free boutique remains organized and clean. We are always looking for passionate volunteers who are eager to support Carmichael Outreach’s mission and initiatives.
Assist with leisure activities for clients age 50+. Sessions may include health and wellness classes, yoga, field trips, etc. Workshops and class schedules vary.
Assist with the preparation, delivery, and distribution of food hampers to individuals and families in need.
We always encourage you to help, to volunteer and to support and learn from Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals here in Saskatchewan.
If you’re 18 or older and passionate about helping immigrants and refugees feel at home, we need you. Ways to volunteer include: mentoring, language interpreting, helping newcomers with taxes, providing assistance during events, etc. Become a key part of our welcoming community and support newcomers as they settle into their new life.
Assist in organizing and packing Good Food Box orders on Wednesday mornings
Assist with cooking and cleaning for our meal service, as well as serving meals to community members. We are always looking for passionate volunteers who are eager to support Carmichael Outreach’s mission and initiatives.
Volunteer in health, fitness childcare, aquatics, community development, administration, and other departments at the YMCA in Regina.
